Director / PDMR Shareholding
Following a dematerialisation of Peel Hunt shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") held by the directors, the Company announces that on 23 March 2022 it was notified of the following transfers:

Lucinda Riches, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred her entire holding of Ordinary Shares to a third party nominee, Wealth Nominees Limited. Lucinda Riches' beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 21,929 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.02% of the Company's total issued share capital).

Steven Fine, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, transferred his entire holding of Ordinary Shares to a third party nominee, Wealth Nominees Limited. Steven Fine's beneficial interest in the Company (including Ordinary Shares held via a SIPP) remains unchanged at 5,477,351 Ordinary Shares (representing 4.46% of the Company's total issued share capital).

Sunil Dhall, Chief Financial and Operating Officer and Director of the Company, transferred his entire holding of Ordinary Shares to a third party nominee, Wealth Nominees Limited. Sunil Dhall's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 2,143,362 Ordinary Shares (representing 1.75% of the Company's total issued share capital).
The Company was also further notified that Richard Brearley, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 20,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife, Mrs Sarah Brearley. Mr and Mrs Brearley's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 20,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.02% of the Company's total issued share capital).
