Notification and public disclosure of transactions by PDMRs
RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Company"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, announces that it was informed today that Ian El-Mokadem, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 352 pence per share. Following this share purchase, Mr El-Mokadem has a total beneficial interest in 75,000 shares in the Company.
The Company was also informed today by Desmond Glass, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 10,000 Shares at a price of 356 pence per share. Following this share purchase, Mr Glass has a total beneficial interest in 10,000 shares in the Company.
