ANNOUNCEMENT

Societatea Energetica Electrica SA (Electrica) informs the shareholders and investors on the fact that the Emergency Ordinance no. 27/2022 on the measures applicable to final customers in the electricity and natural gas market between  1 April 2022 and 31 March 2023, as well as for the amendment and completion of some normative acts in the field of energy was published in the Official Gazette, Part I, no. 274 dated 22 March 2022. Considering the major impact held by this legislative change on the endorsed budget projections of Electrica for 2022, a revised version of the Individual and Consolidated Budget of Electrica for 2022 (in the revised form) shall be drafted and published, draft that is going to be submitted for the approval of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 21 April 2022. The revised form may be retrieved on the Company's website, starting with 23 March 2022, at 18:00 o'clock (Romanian time), accessing the following link: https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/general-meetings-of-shareholders/2022-gms/general-meeting-of-shareholders-as-of-20-april-2022/.

The documents in hard copy may be retrieved at Company's headquarters starting with 24 March 2022, located in Bucharest, 9 Grigore Alexandrescu Street, 1st District, which operates from Monday to Thursday, between 08:00 and 17:00 (Romanian time), and on Friday, between 08:00 and 14:30 (Romanian time), except for public holidays.
