Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a global digital performance publisher, is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcement on 2 November 2021, Caroline Ackroyd has now joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors with immediate effect.

Rowan Ellis, who was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer, will assist in an orderly transfer.
