Exercise of Options

and Total Voting Rights

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that on 16 March 2022 a non-PDMR employee exercised options over 7,168 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of nil pence per share. The options were granted under the Company's 2018 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme and all of the Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise were sold at 535 pence per Ordinary Share.

The option exercise was satisfied by a transfer of shares from treasury. Following the transfer, 778,704 Ordinary Shares remain in treasury and the new total number of voting rights in the Company is 32,360,052. This latter figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
