Director/PDMR Shareholding
OPG (AIM: OPG), the developer and operator of power generation plants in India, announces that three companies controlled by Gupta's family has sold 8,903,617 shares at 6.5 pence per share and another company controlled by Gupta's family has purchased 8,903,617 shares at 6.75 pence per share. As a result of these transactions the Gupta family's shareholding in OPG remains unchanged at 206,432,166 ordinary shares (representing 51.51% of OPG's total issued share capital).
