Panther Securities PLC announces that on 3 March 2022 the Company purchased 110,000 of its own ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 245 pence per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Total Voting Rights

Following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares by the Company is 173,460 Ordinary Shares. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 17,746,929 (including shares held as treasury shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 17,573,469 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
