Notification of Lekoil Limited Announcement

Savannah Energy PLC, the British independent energy company focused around the delivery of Projects that Matter in Africa, can confirm that its wholly owned subsidiary, Savannah Energy Investments Limited, has made an investment in LEKOIL Limited (AIM: LEK) ("LEKOIL") (the "Investment"), which is not deemed material to Savannah. The commercial details of the Investment are included in LEKOIL's RNS of 13:50 today (the "LEKOIL RNS").

The ordinary shares of LEKOIL are currently suspended from trading on AIM.
