ANNOUNCEMENT

Societatea Energetica Electrica SA (Electrica) informs the shareholders and investors that the Individual and Consolidated Annual Financial Statements as of the date and for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, will be available on the Company's website: https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/results-and-reports/financial-results/, on Bucharest Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange, starting with 28 February 2022, at 6.30 PM (Romanian Time).

The documents in hard copy may be retrieved at Company's headquarters, located in Bucharest, 9 Grigore Alexandrescu, 1st District, which operates from Monday to Thursday, between 08:00 and 17:00 (Romanian time), and on Friday, between 08:00 and 14:30 (Romanian time), except for public holidays. However, having in mind the current epidemiological context, we highly recommend the online consultation and for those who still want hard copies, to comply with the legal provisions imposed by the authorities.

For the purpose of presenting the Financial Results of Electrica Group for 2021, Electrica's management organizes on 4 March 2022, at 16:00 (Romanian time), a web conference for investors and analysts.
