Puma VCT 13 plc (the "Company") announces that it purchased, for cancellation, 14,200 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 117.173 pence per share on 23 February 2022.  

The Company holds no ordinary shares as treasury shares.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 40,369,963. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 40,369,963. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
