Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management software and solutions to the public and asset intensive sectors, announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at 10.30am on 16 March 2022 at its offices at 2nd floor, 1310 Waterside, Arlington Business Park, Theale, RG7 4SA.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 October 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted today to those shareholders who have elected not to receive electronic communications.
