Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace, defence, telecoms infrastructure and critical communications markets, announces that on 17 February the Company received notification that as of 12 February 2022, Mr. M.H. and Mrs. D.M. Dixon hold 54,000,000 shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 25.14 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
