Further to the announcement of 8 October 2021, the Company is pleased to confirm that following the receipt of FCA approval for his role as an executive director of WH Ireland, Simon Jackson has been appointed a director of the Company with immediate effect.

The AIM Rule disclosures required in relation to this appointment are set out in the announcement of 8 October 2021 and there are no additional disclosures to be made.
