Publication of Final Terms

The final terms ("Final Terms") for the issue of €750,000,000 1.125 per cent. Notes due 2027 (ISIN: XS2441574089 (the "Notes") issued by Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ) (the "Issuer") under the Issuer's U.S.$5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") are available for viewing.

The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular dated 31 January 2022, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129) as it forms part of domestic law in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
