Board Change

The Board of M&C Saatchi announces that yesterday it received formal notification from Mickey Kalifa that he is resigning from his executive role of Chief Financial Officer of the Company for personal reasons. A search for a replacement will commence immediately.

In the meantime, Mr Kalifa will remain in his role to ensure an orderly handover and the completion of the 2021 audit.

Commenting on the announcement, Moray MacLennan, Chief Executive Officer said:

"I would like to thank Mickey for his commitment and resilience over the past three years when he has overseen a period of significant restructuring and the return to growth at the Company."

Mickey Kalifa, Chief Financial Officer, said: 

"I am immensely proud of the transformational turnaround that we have achieved during my time at M&C Saatchi. I would like to thank the Board, the shareholders and all at M&C Saatchi for their support."
