Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer, announces that on 19 January 2022, Martin Warner, Chairman, made a charitable donation by way of a gift of 50,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Shares") for nil consideration.

Following the above gift of Shares, Mr Warner's beneficial ownership is now 4,129,732 Shares in total, representing 4.3% of the Company's total voting rights.
