Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland delivering private and affordable housing, announces that Innes Smith, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Eilidh Smith, wife and PCA to Innes Smith, on 14 September 2021 together sold 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 152 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Innes Smith has an interest in 923,6541 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
