At Origo's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed, comprising (i) receiving and adopting the Company's audited 2020 accounts (100% in favour); (ii) reappointing Lubbock Fine as auditors (100% in favour); (iii) reappointing Philip Scales as a Company director (100% in favour) and (iv) reappointing John Chapman as a Company Director (87.93% in favour, 12.07% against).
