Further to the Issue of Equity announcements made to the market on 20 October 2021, 12 November 2021 and 15 December 2021 which reported the issue of 10,382,331 B ordinary shares, 3,526,321 B ordinary shares and 2,449,034 B ordinary shares respectively - a total of 16,357,686 B ordinary shares ("Issued Shares") - and which also stated that dealings were expected to commence in the Issued Shares on or around 2 November 2021, 24 November 2021 and 22 December 2021 respectively, please note that application will now be made shortly for the Issued Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and dealings are expected to commence in the Issued Shares on or around 6 January 2022.
