Posting of Annual Report

Notice of Annual General Meeting

Haydale (AIM:HAYD), the global advanced materials group, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2021 are today being posted to all shareholders who elected to receive a paper copy.   The Company will also be posting its Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy to all shareholders at the same time. 

An electronic copy of the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2021 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are available to download from the Company's investor relations website at www.haydale-ir.com in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

The Company's 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 11 January 2022, at its Loughborough offices at Unit 10, Charnwood Business Park, North Rd, Loughborough LE11 1LE. For those shareholders who are able to attend the Company will also offer a short guided tour of the testing facilities at this site and this will take place after the conclusion of the business of the AGM.
