YouGov, the international research and data analytics group, announces that it was notified on 16 December 2021 that Global Shares Ireland Ltd (the Company's share plan and corporate nominee administrator) used proceeds from dividends received on 15 December 2021 to purchase Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each in the Company at a price of £14.4827 per Ordinary Share on behalf of a Director and PDMRs as noted in the below tables. These purchases were part of the automatic dividend reinvestment programme in respect of employee shareholdings.
Following the dividend reinvestment, Sundip Chahal (Chief Operating Officer) is beneficially interested in 857,166 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.77% of the Company's issued share capital.
