Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), Europe's leading designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint, announces that further to the Company's announcement on 13 December 2021, the shareholder circular containing a notice of general meeting of the Company to be held at Proton Motor Fuel Cell GmbH, Benzstrasse 7, 82178 Puchheim, Germany at 10.00 a.m. on 29 December 2021,  ("Circular"), is now available on the Company's website at https://www.protonmotor-powersystems.com/, along with a form of proxy to vote at the general meeting of shareholders of the Company, as stated above.
