RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Company"), a world leading provider of technology-enabled language, content management and intellectual property support services, announces that it was informed on 14 December 2021 that Ian El-Mokadem, CEO, acquired a further 5,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares"), at a price of 599 pence per share.
Following this share purchase, Mr El-Mokadem will have a total beneficial interest in 65,000 shares in the Company.
