As previously announced on 30 June 2021, Richard Hope, Chief Financial Officer, had informed the Board of his intention to retire on 30 June 2022. As part of this managed process, Richard has taken the decision to reduce his shareholding in Treatt as part of managing his personal financial portfolio. Accordingly, on 3 December 2021, Richard sold 160,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £11.00 per share on 3 December 2021. Additionally, Tracey Smith, a PCA of Richard Hope, sold 180,968 Ordinary Shares at a price of £11.00 per share on 3 December 2021.
Following this transaction, Richard maintains an interest in 57,956 Ordinary Shares, and retains options over a further 137,135 Ordinary Shares subject to performance conditions.
