PDMR Shareholding, Issue of Ordinary Shares & Total Voting Rights

Oxford Metrics plc (AIM:OMG), the smart sensing software company servicing, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that on 6 December 2021 certain employees of the Company exercised a total of 93,750 options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's share option schemes.

Of the 93,750 of options exercised, Rachel Hudson, PDMR, was issued 30,000 Ordinary Shares.

Pursuant to the exercise of these share options, the Company confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 93,750 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 10 December 2021.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the Company will have 127,112,140 Ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company following Admission will therefore be 127,112,140.
