ECO Animal Health Group plc was notified today that on 30 November 2021 the following Director purchases of ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were made.

Marc Loomes, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 33,244 Ordinary Shares at a price of 150.40 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction, Marc Loomes' total shareholding in the Company comprises 33,244 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Christopher Wilks, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 16,595 Ordinary Shares at a price of 150.64 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction, Christopher Wilks' total shareholding in the Company comprises 24,095 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
