Posting of 2021 Annual Report and Notice of AGM
The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2021, which contains the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's warehouse & logistics complex, Unit 3, Pagoda Park, Westmead Industrial Estate, Westmead Drive, Swindon, SN5 7UN on 21 December 2021 at 12 noon.
