Director/PDMR Shareholding
Triad Group Plc was notified on 23 November 2021 that Adrian Leer, Managing Director, has exercised 150,000 options and Tim Eckes, Client Services Director, has exercised 60,000 options over Ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") granted pursuant to the Company's 2008 Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of 53.5 pence per Ordinary share.
Following these purchases Adrian Leer has an interest in 305,379 Ordinary Shares and Tim Eckes has an interest in 120,374 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.85% and 0.73%, respectively, of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
Both Mr Leer and Mr Eckes currently have no intention of selling these shares.
These 210,000 Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading pursuant to an existing block listing granted to the Company by London Stock Exchange plc and will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares.
