The Company has been informed by Ashley Doody, Chief Information Officer, that he sold 9,878 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £3.68 per share on 15 November 2021,

In addition to this, Mr Doody sold a further 986 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.70 per share from his holding in the Company's Inland Revenue approved Employee Share Ownership Plan.

Following this transaction, Mr Doody no longer has any interest in Personal Group's ordinary shares.
