Malin received notification on 12 November 2021 from Pentwater Capital Management LP ("Pentwater") that, as of 11 November 2021, Pentwater, through controlled undertakings in which Pentwater serves as investment manager, holds an aggregate interest in 12,472,982 ordinary shares of €0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") of Malin. This represents 28.59%* of the issued share capital of Malin on 12 November 2021 and constitutes a 28.59% voting and economic interest in the Ordinary Shares of Malin.

In addition, the Company has been notified that Pentwater no longer hold any interests in the Ordinary Shares of Malin through derivative agreements.

*Based on a share in issue figure of 43,634,607 Ordinary Shares.
