Kyma has written to Atento expressing its concerns with the company's corporate governance. We believe we are one of the largest public shareholders in the Company.

We are currently awaiting a substantive response to our concerns. Barring a satisfactory resolution, we expect to have a further release outlining our concerns in more detail, likely implications for minority shareholders, as well as our proposed course of action.
