Change of Auditor

Empresaria, the global specialist staffing group, announces that, following the conclusion of a formal competitive tender process overseen by the Company's Audit Committee, the Company has appointed Nexia Smith & Williamson Audit Limited (Nexia Smith & Williamson) as the Company's independent auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2021 with effect from 3 November 2021.

Any proposal to re-appoint Nexia Smith & Williamson as independent auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 will be subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting to be held in 2022.

BDO LLP, which did not participate in the tender, has confirmed that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation which it considers should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.
