RESULT OF POLL AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held today, the Board is pleased to announce that all of the ordinary resolutions put to shareholders were voted on by Poll and passed. The following special business was also voted on by poll and passed which:

i.)         will allow the Company to allot shares up to an aggregate nominal amount of £586,569 representing approximately 10% of the Company's issued share capital;

ii.)        will allow the disapplication of pre-emption rights on the allotment of shares; and

iii.)       will allow the Company to make market purchases of up to 3,517,069 Ordinary shares representing 14.99% of the Company's issued share capital.

iv.)       Will allow the adoption of new Articles of Association of the Company.
