Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland offering private and affordable housing, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, held yesterday, all resolutions were duly passed. This includes approval of a final dividend of 4.45p per share.
