Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace, defence, telecoms infrastructure and critical communications markets, announces that on 20 October 2021 the Company received notification that as of 18 October 2021, Mr. M.H. and Mrs. D.M. Dixon hold 51,900,000 shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 24.18 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
