The Company has been notified that Toby Foster, VP Strategic Opportunities and a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in the Company, on Friday 15th October sold 75,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and on Monday 18th October sold 30,000 Ordinary Shares and on Wednesday 20th October sold 30,000 Ordinary Shares. Mr Foster has therefore sold a total of 135,000 Ordinary Shares at a weighted average price of 141.9 pence per share.
Following the sale, Mr Foster retains an interest in 3,300,283 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.86 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
