Statement re publication in Health Service Journal

Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of healthcare services across the UK and Ireland, is aware of an article that has been published today in the Health Service Journal ("HSJ") relating to the Company's South West London NHS 111 contract (the "Contract"). The Contract is delivered by Vocare Limited ("Vocare"), the Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, on behalf of the South West London Clinical Commissioning Group ("SWL CCG").

Today's article in the HSJ contains a number of factual inaccuracies including incorrectly stating that the NHS had terminated the Contract. The Company confirms this is factually incorrect as the Company continues to provide services via a contract extension through to June 2022. The Company can confirm that the Contract is being retendered at the present time under the normal NHS tendering and procurement processes which was recently launched via an engagement event.

The Company did provide factual statements to the HSJ prior to deadline but these were not considered prior to publication. The Company is taking the necessary steps for the article in the HSJ to be corrected or removed and is also taking legal advice in relation to the matters that have arisen today.
