Prospex Energy Plc, the AIM quoted investment company focused on European gas and power projects, announces that Alasdair Buchanan, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 September 2021 at a price of 3.94 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above-mentioned purchase, Mr Buchanan is interested in 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.21 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital admitted to AIM on today's date.
