Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 24 September 2021 that Mr Alex Scrimgeour, Chief Executive Officer of Everyman, purchased 44,191 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of 130 pence per share on 24 September 2021.

Following the above transaction, Mr Scrimgeour has a shareholding of 240,974 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.26 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
