Leading Independent Corporate Governance Advisor ISS Recommends TP Group shareholders Vote AGAINST All Requisitioned Resolutions

TP Group is pleased to announce that leading independent corporate governance advisor, Institutional Shareholder Services ("ISS") has recommended that TP Group shareholders vote AGAINST all the resolutions proposed by Science Group Plc ("Science Group") at the forthcoming requisitioned General Meeting, which is being held on Friday 1 October 2021 at 10:30 a.m ("the Requisitioned GM").

Commenting on the ISS recommendation, David Lindsay, Chief Executive of TP Group, said:

"We welcome this recommendation by a leading independent corporate governance advisor to vote against all resolutions. They too believe that the appointment of the Science Group nominees would erode the independence of the Board and highlight that Science Group has not put forward a compelling rationale for why their involvement is preferable to the status quo particularly given that we are well positioned to increase shareholder value with a refined growth strategy."
