Annual General Meeting & Company Presentation

Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, is pleased to provide additional information about its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") which is being held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, 9th Floor, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT on 28 September 2021 at 11.00 a.m.

The meeting will be attended by the Company's UK resident directors, however due to the continued international travel restrictions, non-UK resident directors, including Bernard Aylward, Chief Executive Officer, will be unable to attend physically.  All shareholders are welcome to attend the meeting and are asked to bring a form of picture identification (for example passport or driving licence) to ensure access to the meeting.

The AGM will complete the formal business of the Company as set out in the Notice of AGM as previously sent to shareholders and available on the Company's website (www.kodalminerals.com) and shareholders, especially those who are not intending to attend in person, are reminded to lodge proxy forms directing their votes by 11.00am on Friday 24 September 2021.

At approximately 11.15am, following the conclusion of the AGM, there will be a live presentation led by Bernard Aylward giving an update on the Company's operations followed by a Q & A session. This live presentation will be accessible to all interested participants via the following link:  https://webcasting.brrmedia.co.uk/broadcast/6149c6a93ae1ca74490b0d29.

The Company invites shareholders to submit any questions they wish to raise in advance of the presentation by email to kodal@stbridespartners.co.uk.  The Company requests that any questions are emailed by 5:00pm on Monday 27 September 2021.
