Release of Securities from Escrow

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, 49 Metals Limited (ASX: 49M) advises that the following fully paid ordinary shares classified by ASX as restricted securities will be released from escrow:

1,450,000 fully paid ordinary shares on 25 May 2026; and
380,000 fully paid ordinary shares on 26 May 2026.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 2.8.5, the Company will apply for quotation of the shares by lodging an Appendix 2A following release from escrow.
