Tender Offer Update
Further to the announcement made on 1 September 2021, the Board of VNH confirm that the Company will repurchase 12,737,184 Shares at $4.4528 per share, being the Tender Price calculated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Tender Offer as set out in the Circular.
Total Voting Rights
As at 07 September 2021 and following the Tender Offer, the issued share capital of the Company comprised 29,705,458 Shares. All Shares have 1 vote per share.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 29,705,458 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR).
