Board Update and Notice of Results

Maintel Holdings Plc, a leading provider of cloud and managed communications services, confirms that as previously announced, as of today Mark Townsend has now left Maintel to fulfil a long-term ambition of travel before semi-retirement back in the UK. The Board has made good progress in its search for a replacement and expects to announce an update on this in due course. The Board would like to thank Mark for his guidance and leadership over the past five years and wish him the very best.

The Board also expects to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2021 on 7 September 2021.
