Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report 

Versarien Plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, is pleased to confirm the 2021 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting has now been posted to shareholders and is available to download from the investor relations section of the Company's website at www.versarien.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 23 September 2021 at Gloucester Rugby, Kingsholm Stadium, Kingsholm Road, Kingsholm, Gloucester, GL1 3AX.

Following the end of the Covid-19 Lockdown, the AGM has been arranged on the assumption that it will be held as an open, physical meeting. If there are any changes to the current arrangements for the AGM, the information will be made available on our website and, where appropriate, by an announcement via a regulatory information service.
