Further re Requisition to Convene a General Meeting

The Board of Prospex (the "Board") announces that, further to its 24 August 2021 RNS, the correct spelling of the individual's name in resolution 3 is Stephen Boccioli. The Board also notes that resolutions 9 and 10 are inter-conditional on the other being passed, as well as resolutions 1 - 8 being passed.

As per the 24 August 2021 RNS, further announcements will be made in due course in relation to the general meeting.
