Director/PDMR Share Purchase

RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Company"), the world's leading provider of technology-enabled language, content management and intellectual property support services, announces that it was informed on 19 August 2021 that Ian El-Mokadem, CEO, acquired a further 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares"), at a price of 616.8 pence per share.

Following this share purchase, Mr El-Mokadem will have a total beneficial interest in 60,000 shares in the Company.
