Update on Kilimapesa

Further to its announcement of 20 July 2021, the Company notes that the general meeting of Papillon Holdings plc ("Papillon") to approve the reverse takeover by Mayflower and the acquisition of the Kilimapesa gold mine has been adjourned to 24 August 2021.

The readmission of Papillon's ordinary shares to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc ('LSE') under its new name of Caracal Gold plc, which was anticipated to take place on 23 August 2021, will therefore be delayed. A further announcement will be made following Papillon's general meeting.
