This Swiss Supplement is supplemental to, forms part of and should be read in conjunction with the interim report for the half year ended June 30, 2021 for Riverstone Credit Opportunities Income Plc (the "Fund").

The Fund has appointed Société Générale as Swiss Representative and Paying Agent.
