International Credit Rating for AltynGold

**AltynGold Plc

In line with the company’s strategy of increasing transparency and strengthening its capital markets presence, AltynGold sought a credit rating from Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA), the leading ratings agency in Russia and Kazakhstan.

As a result of ACRA's assessment, AltynGold was assigned a credit rating of "B" under international ratings scale (stable outlook).

AltynGold remains confident in its current operational performance and regarding its future growth prospects.
